Water Jobs
Let’s be honest — 80 to 90% of the best jobs and projects in the water sector are never formally posted.
They don’t appear on LinkedIn, job boards, or official portals.
We all know how this really works:
“Hey, do you know someone with experience in...?”
“Can you recommend anyone for this project?”
That’s how most opportunities move — through word of mouth, trust, and previous collaboration.
They happen over a WhatsApp message, a phone call, or a quick email, not through an application portal.
At The Water MBA, our community is growing fast — and with it, the flow of information.
More and more often, I receive messages like:
“Can you ask around your community if someone might be interested in this position?”
“Do you know anyone with desalination experience?”
“We’re looking for a new project director — any leads?”
So, this page was born from that reality.
